Hudson Valley Humanists

Members usually describe their secular stance as secular humanist, atheist, agnostic, skeptic, freethinker, naturalism... We support the application of critical thinking skills. Members consider secularism a very important moral stance, skeptical of traditional religious claims. We work to toward separation of state/church issues. We recognize there is diversity in our personal beliefs and that individual members, while supporting the secular nature of our group, may hold different perspectives of the nature of our existence.

Hudson Valley Humanists is a 501 (c) 3 tax exempt nonprofit organization.

HVH supports the cultivation of a dinamic group of friendly, thoughtful, active individuals.
We welcome new members of all ages, and want everyone to feel at home in a safe haven of fellowship.
We support everyone to be considerate of our differences and share our unique perspectives.
